Why is there a charge on my card?

It’s a charge for one of our Online Courses / Digital Tools / Subscription.

Who is NailGuitar.com?
Nail Guitar is a guitar education provider that creates training programs and digital tools for guitarists. Run by Andy Collins, the business was founded in 2008 and is based in Launceston, Australia.

Why are you charging me?
This is either a one time fee for a product purchase made on the date of billing, or a renewal charge for the ‘Enhanced Lessons’ yearly subscription.

Guitar?
If the above doesn’t ring a bell, it’s possible a family member or your significant other purchased one of our products with your card.

Can I get an invoice for the charges?
For every billing, Nail Guitar sends an invoice to the email address provided when you/they signed up. (Be sure to check your spam/junk mail in case it landed there by mistake.)

Can I get a refund?
All one time purchases come with a 30 day money back guarantee.

I didn’t realize I purchased a subscription, can I get a refund on the renewal?
We do not offer refunds on subscription renewal fees.

The Enhanced Lessons sales page and checkout both state that membership renews annually, unless you choose to cancel before that time.

Furthermore your purchase receipt states your renewal date and you are sent a reminder email the day before your renewal.

You’re welcome to login at any time and cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription via the ‘Account’ section at the top of your dashboard.

Any further questions?
Please email andy (at) nailguitar.com.

I hope this page helped identify the charge.
As always, have fun playing your axe!
